PAYMENT OF LESSONS:  Payment for classes is due on the first lesson of each month.
Tuition is delinquent on the 2nd Saturday of each month and a $10.00 late fee will be applied to your monthly payment. 
Tuition may be paid in class or by sending the payment to the Windsor Dance Academy studio on or before the 2nd Saturday of each month.  There is a $20.00 charge on returned checks. 
Charges for lessons are based on a 4 week month.

Tuition is due for the entire month regardless of how many lessons are given within that month. The short months are balanced by the longer months. June is prorated so that you will have received 4 classes for each monthly payment.

 
 

MISSED LESSONS:  Missed lessons may be made-up in a comparable class.  Lessons missed between August and June may be made up as long as your child is enrolled in classes.  No refunds for missed lessons. 
Note – Notice must be given immediately if your dancer drops a class.  Please realize that there may be another dancer waiting for that spot.  You will be charged for your spot in the class until notice is received. 

PRACTICE:   Steps learned will be applied to a dance for the recital in June.  Please keep in mind that it may be difficult for your dancer to remember a new combination at home.  Practicing pieces of a combination are fine.  As a dancer masters the pieces they will in turn master the whole.  It usually takes about 3 weeks to master a combination completely.  If your dancer is struggling with a step or is not remembering any of the steps, I can review them after class.

OBSERVING CLASS: Parents limit observation visits in the studio to once per month. 
There is a waiting room for parents who wish to stay at the studio or have younger children.

AFTER CLASS: Dancers should wait for their rides in the dance studio
